Louisiana 1990 Teen Girl Murdered
An officer saw a torn shirt and a blood stain on Smiling Acres Rd. The police retrieved the shirt and kept it for evidence. A missing girl named Rebecca A. Forbes, 19, had vanished wearing a white shirt. The police began investigating her disappearance. The shirt was examined for trace evidence. An investigation revealed that she was preparing to go to the Italian Festival in Louisiana. While at the festival she was seen talking to a man . His name was Kelly Drott. He had a criminal record. When the police questioned him he said that he last saw her at about 10 pm at the festival. Blood specs were found in his vehicle. The blood in the car matched the blood on the shirt. 3 weeks later a badly decomposed body was found on the bank of the river. A piece of crystal found at the scene on Smiling Acres Road matched a watch that belonged to the victim. Police believe that Kelly Drott and Rebecca Forbes left the festival after midnight, and they drove to smiling acres road. They must have had some sort of an argument and Drott killed her. He was arrested and charged with her murder. Drott is serving a 21 year prison sentence.Extra Tidbit
Drott made headlines again a few years later when he broke out of prison and kidnapped another girl and held her hostage. The girl survived. Kelly W. Drott shot himself to death.

I believe the first girl was sexually assaulted. That was the nature of their dispute is that she tried fighting him off. Any other details on the second girl who he kidnapped? Was it just a kidnapping or was anything else done to her?
This man was my father. A lot in unknown regarding that night. The other girl that was kidnapped after he escaped from prison was never harmed.
rebecca " beca" forbes was a best friend of mine through school. i was asked by her to attend th italion festival but i declined. i wish every day that i had went bwith her.They did have an sshargument bcuz he tried to rape her and she bit him while he was on top of her she was able to get out of the car and then he ran over her. he was living with robin duvall at the time and at the arraignment they kept saying rebecca got what she deserved. 4 yrs latershe helped him escape , they kidnapped a 17 yr old and shot robin in the face and killed himself when the cops surrounded them after the 17 yr old wrecked on purpose in arkansas! afterall this time i cry everytime i heareithers name .
Apparently you have no clue what you are talking about and are a troll just wanting to say something. Kelly Drott did not even know Robin Duvall existed at the time of Rebecca Forbes' murder. He met said woman 1 year before he escaped from prison and was introduced by his mother that lived in the same trailer park as Robin. If you were not at the Italian festival that night then how could you possibly know what happened that night? My father may have been a piece of shit and may have been a rapist and a murderer, but please don't speak on things you do not know.
